Bristow Group Announces Agreement to Acquire Berry Aviation

Bristow Group announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Berry Aviation, Inc. from Acorn Capital Management in an all-cash transaction.

The announcement describes Berry Aviation, headquartered in San Marcos, Texas, as an aviation services provider with a fleet of more than 20 aircraft and a focus on government, defense, special mission, cargo, maintenance, training, and mission-support services.

Bristow said the planned acquisition is expected to expand its Government Services platform and add Berry Aviation’s special mission capabilities and long-standing government customer relationships. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
